It’s a new season, Darlings (as if you haven’t noticed) … so there’s no need to stick to those wintery makeup shades anymore! It’s time to bring out the vibrant colours and brighten up your look! To do just that, GOSH Cosmetics has come up with a Spring Fling collection that you just have to try. Personally, I love everything about this range!
Ok, let’s get started! Every girl knows that if you want to get that porcelain-perfect finish, you need a good primer. The GOSH Primer + (R210) is perfect as a base for your makeup, and best of all, it really blurs out all of the imperfections on your skin (yes please!). You can use this on its own if you‘re looking to pull off a natural look, or under your foundation for a flawless complexion. (In my opinion, this is definite a must-have in your makeup bag.)
Next, to finish off your flawless complexion – you need a pop of colour! I tend to use powder blushes, but what I’ve noticed is that I need to constantly re-apply it throughout the day (which is rather irritating if you ask me). That’s no longer an issue thanks to the GOSH Giant Blush (R135). The blush stick is easy to apply and it blends easily with its cream-to-powder formulation … perfect for that natural, long-lasting glow! There are also three stunning shades to choose from.
Now for my favourite part – playing up your eyes! There’s nothing sexier than state-of-the-art smokey eyes … and thanks to the GOSH Eyelight Trio (R135), your eyes will definitely grab the spotlight! Brighten up your eyes with three textures from the palette – an iridescent highlighter, a glitter shadow, and a satin texture to add depth and contouring. What I loved most about the eyeshadow is that the colour makes your eyes pop, and the Fairytale palette (a mix of pink shades) makes for a stunning, fresh, and vibrant look. To finish off your eyes, add volume and length to your lashes with their no-smudge, no-flake GOSH No Limit Lash Mascara (R135).
Lastly, round off your look with the GOSH Forever Lip Shine (R105). (This is another definite must-have in my book). What I love about it is that the tip makes lining and colouring your lips in easy. It also leaves your lips feeling soft and moisturised. The colours range from nudes to brights to match any occasion, so why not draw attention to your smile with the bright pink ‘Baby Baby’ shade (which just happens to be my favourite)!
