Darlings, I don’t know about you but I’m very particular when it comes to my food. I know what I like and that’s that. When it comes to meat, free-range, grass-fed is my personal preference … which is why I’m so excited to tell you about my delivery from Gourmet Butcher!
As I’ve learned more and more about the difference between grain and grass-fed meat, I’ve become quite choosy about the types of meat that I’ll eat … if you think about it, it makes sense, really – cows are supposed to eat grass. They weren’t designed to eat grains … and the sad truth is that most grains are genetically modified, which means that, in simple terms, you eat your food’s food – and, if you’re health conscious, why would you want to eat something that has been altered when you could go the natural route?
