In my books, pink is the lipstick shade with a hidden agenda. Like red, it can be worn in many different styles … and it can also act as a dual beauty product when you apply it to your cheeks as a cream blush. A true representation of femininity, a soft shade of pink will say girly, while a bright or neon pink will scream diva. It’s up to you to decide which intensity you feel comfortable with, and make that your go-to pink.
4. Berry
Berry shades range from bold raspberry to deep blackberry, so you can bet that this lippie tells a lot about the owner. It creates mystery and makes a statement all at once. Berry shades have been trending hard this season, and are always a good choice when it comes to picking out a hue for a night out on the town. Cat eye or simple liner with berry lips should be the centrepiece of your look!
5. Peach
Right now, the limelight for this shade is being stolen by its more electric sister, orange … but a peach lip isn’t only lively and appropriate at every age, it’s one of the most flattering and forgiving shades you can own! A peach lippie is best worn with a natural makeup look, but if you’re confident enough, you can rock it with a dark, sultry eye as well.
