Beauty products each month of the year!

Oooh – I am so keen on this idea – a beautifully packaged box of beauty products arriving at your house each month, customised by the GlamBox team to help you find the best products to suit your skin and personal style!

GlamBox is brand new – having launched in September to wide acclaim, and the list of fans is rapidly growing! The brainchild of a group of beauty and online experts, GlamBox aims to help subscribers sort through the clutter, find new brands, rediscover old favourites and make sure that a product actually DOES what it says on the box! In a nutshell, it’s about experimenting with brands and products each month, without breaking the bank!

Here’s how it works! GlamBox is a subscription service where members receive a monthly gift box containing a mix of make-up, skincare, haircare, body and fragrance samples, based on the beauty profile that was completed during the subscription process. GlamBoxes are couriered to your door each month so that you can try the products over time in the comfort of your home. Each month's contents are a surprise and will be a mix of deluxe samples that you can then “test before you invest!”

Monthly membership costs R100 a month and you can cancel or re-subscribe at any time. A three month subscription costs R300, and an annual membership costs R1 000 (you save R200).

Click here to see what the October GlamBox contained, just to get an idea of what to expect. And SUCH a wonderful gift idea for a friend. Don’t you just LOVE it?

candy I'm extremely happy that i subscribed for  GlamBox. I love the variety of samples and travel sizes, and I absolutely adore the full-sized treats.I think it is lovely that everything arrives intact in a lovely box complete with tissue and ribbon!  Plus they are great responding to social media and e-mail communication!

Nicola I have a 6 month subscription to Rubybox and a 3 month subscription to Glambox. They are both equally fantastic and the products are not duplicated. It is a real treat when the boxes arrive at different times of the month, it's like having a birthday twice a month. I would definitely recommend either and both beauty boxes. Also on Rubybox you collect "points" for purchses and reviews of the products which you can redeem against your next purchase.

Joburg's Darling Hi there Maxine - yes, you can purchase a subscription as a gift. Simply use the recipients details and email address when signing up. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact Glambox directly through their website as listed above.

Martha There are two "box" services like this. I've signed up for a year on RubyBox before finding out about GlamBox. To compare the two I've signed up for one month on GlamBox. I might just write a little comparrison once I've received both - should be interesting.
